Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire packaging process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Manage and mentor a team of packaging associates, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Develop and implement packaging strategies that optimize efficiency and reduce waste.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate product launches.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain necessary supplies.

Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are knowledgeable about packaging protocols and safety standards.

Analyze packaging performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.

Required Skills

Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or packaging environment.

Strong understanding of cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to develop and implement effective packaging processes and strategies.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred.

Must pass any required pre-employment screenings.

Previous experience running high volume cannabis packaging operations.

Familiarity with sustainable packaging practices and materials.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
