Job Description

We are partnering with a growing fabrication company in Van Nuys that is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations. This role is key to ensuring the office runs smoothly, supporting staff, managing supplies, coordinating vendor services, and assisting with basic HR and finance tasks.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in office management or administrative coordination

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
