We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential to keep daily operations running smoothly and ensuring projects and customer commitments are met on time. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable handling deadlines, and experienced with documentation and data entry to support multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth, efficient operations across the office and production teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports to support compliance and operational requirements.
  • Perform regular data entry for parts orders, inventory tracking, and customer or vendor information.
  • Monitor and track order status, shipments, and deadlines to ensure commitments are met.
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments (customer service, logistics, supply chain, and production).
  • Support scheduling of meetings, deadlines, and project milestones to keep teams aligned.
  • Assist with parts returns, warranty documentation, and related administrative follow-up.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks proactively and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support customer service team with accurate information and administrative follow-through.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, or operations support role (automotive industry experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with ERP/data entry systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and records.
  • Proactive communicator who can collaborate across teams and resolve issues quickly.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
