Job Title: Division Human Resources Coordinator

Pay: $65,000 – $75,000 / Annually (depending on experience)

Addison Group is partnering with a growing division of a national organization to hire a Division HR Coordinator to support their Tysons, VA office. This individual will serve as the sole HR representative on-site and act as a strategic partner to the Division President. Job Description:

The Division HR Coordinator will manage day-to-day HR functions while supporting long-term HR initiatives. This role is a trusted advisor to the local leadership team and serves as the go-to resource for all employee-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary HR contact for 75–80 employees in the division
• Handle the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and offboarding
• Manage administrative tasks including payroll support, benefits inquiries, and timesheet reviews
• Conduct orientation and training for new hires
• Liaise between corporate HR and local office to implement HR policies
• Track and process promotions, performance actions, terminations, and organizational changes
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
• Partner with leadership to proactively address workforce needs and concerns

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of broad-based HR experience
• 1+ year of experience as the sole or lead HR contact for a business unit or organization
• Associate degree or higher required
• Proficiency with HR systems (Taleo, PeopleSoft preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Must have stable job history (no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years)
• Candidates must have prior experience in a corporate environment (nonprofit/government-only backgrounds will not be considered)

Additional Details:

• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Worksite: 100% On-Site at 7925 Jones Branch Dr., Suite 6200, Tysons, VA 22102
• Team Size: 1 (You’ll be the sole HR team member on-site)
• Reports To: Division President – a highly supportive, training-minded leader looking for a collaborative partner, not a direct report
