About the Position 

Ensemble Music Schools is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional voice instructor to teach part-time at  In Sync Center of the Arts , our Quincy, MA location. We are looking for teachers who will instruct IN PERSON!

Teachers can set their availability within our open hours as needed, but both students and school staff appreciate consistency and preference will be given to candidates with greater availability. 

Successful candidates will have a strong music background evidenced by a degree in music performance or pedagogy or equivalent performing experience, a demonstrated love of teaching, experience working with young musicians, a robust appreciation for punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a routine background check.

Instructor pay is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $40-44/hour. A 401(K) program with employer matching is available to all of our employees after 90 days on the job. Health benefit packages are available for all part- and full-time employees at Ensemble.

We opened our dance studio in Weymouth in 1996. Now, In Sync Center of the Arts at 550 Adams Street in Quincy is a new chapter in the In Sync story and we teach children from Quincy, Milton, Weymouth, Dorchester, Boston, Braintree, Abington, Canton, Sharon and beyond! For the past ten years the center offers the same excellence in dance instruction in addition to music, art and summer programming. In Sync offers classes in preschool dance, ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, pointe, competitive teams, performance teams, voice, guitar, piano, drums, strings, brass and woodwinds. We believe it is because of our genuine love for children that we have come so far! Our staff is comprised of the best teachers in the area!
