About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Infor CloudSuite Developer with strong expertise in Infor Document Management (IDM) and CPQ integrations. This is a project-based engagement to design and implement a solution for attaching CPQ-generated documents to projects within Infor CloudSuite, leveraging IDM. The project will require close collaboration with internal IT stakeholders and must be executed efficiently to support upcoming system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze current CloudSuite (v10, cloud-hosted) environment and document management setup.
Design and implement a solution to:
Capture documents generated in Infor CPQ .
Store them in Infor IDM .
Automatically attach them to project records (similar to existing PO and AR invoice attachments).
Collaborate with internal IT (small team) to ensure seamless integration with business workflows.
Deliver within a fixed project scope and timeline , with clear documentation and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite (v21 or later, cloud-based).
Strong expertise with Infor Document Management (IDM) configuration and integration.
Experience working with Infor CPQ output documents and related workflows.
Solid understanding of Infor Projects module and document attachment processes.
Ability to scope, estimate, and deliver project-based work independently .
Strong communication skills and ability to work with small IT/business teams.
Nice to Have
Experience with Infor CloudSuite upgrades (October release familiarity is a plus).
Prior work with family-run or mid-market companies with lean IT resources.
Broader experience with Infor CloudSuite integrations (POs, AR, AP, etc.).
