Ardurra is seeking a
Senior Construction Ma nager to join our Group in Phoenix, AZ! Primary Function Ideal candidates will have previous experience with project management.
Primary Duties - Responsibilities include monitoring the budget, schedule, and quality of projects, supervise and mentor staff, and developing and maintaining client relationships.
Skills include:
- Experience managing a multidisciplinary team including subconsultants
- Experience managing staff with various levels of abilities and experience
- Successful experience in proposal writing to obtain work
- Ability to market projects with various agencies
- Project experience with ADOT, MCDOT, and local municipalities/agencies is desirable.
Education And Experience Requirements - Candidate must have a BS in Engineering with at least 10 years of management experience on construction projects and is a registered civil engineer in the state of Arizona.
