Position Details

Role: Special Education Teacher
Location: Ashburn, VA
Duration: 2025–2026 School Year
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, Regular School Hours
Caseload: K–12 (Multiple openings available—customized to your experience and strengths)

What We’re Looking For

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting students with a range of learning styles, behavioral needs, and IEP goals
Strong collaboration with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
Confident in writing and implementing IEPs, and using data to track progress
A commitment to equity, inclusion, and student-centered learning environments

Required:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education
Valid Virginia Special Education Teaching License or eligibility to obtain
