Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Operations/Production Manager located in Salinas, CA. The Solar Operations/Production Manager will oversee daily operations and production of solar installations. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, ensuring quality control, coordinating with suppliers, and supervising installation teams. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Project Management: Ability to manage timelines, coordinate with teams and suppliers, and oversee project completion.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of solar installation processes, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Quality Control: Ensure high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail in all installations.
• Safety Protocols: Maintain and enforce safety standards on all job sites.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership: Ability to supervise and motivate installation teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Previous experience in solar operations or roofing is a plus.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in solar energy or project management are beneficial.
