Service & Parts Coordinator

Rochester Hills, MI 

Our Client is looking for a detail-oriented Service & Spare Parts Coordinator to manage post-sale equipment support, service revenue, and spare parts logistics. This is a key operations role working closely with customers, field technicians, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all incoming service inquiries (calls, emails, tickets) and maintain support tracking
  • Coordinate equipment installations and technician schedules
  • Oversee equipment service contracts and customer renewals
  • Drive ongoing revenue through spare parts fulfillment and preventative maintenance services
  • Maintain accurate logs of service activity and escalate issues to engineering if needed

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a technical service, field operations, or logistics role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with inventory systems, service ticketing platforms, and parts ordering
  • Background in manufacturing, cannabis equipment, or regulated industries is a plus
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and admin teams
