Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Supplier Development & Sourcing – Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for injection molding, CNC machining, and other structural/electronic components to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and supply stability.
• Market Analysis & Cost Optimization – Conduct market intelligence research on raw materials, industry trends, and supplier capabilities to drive cost reduction and competitive pricing.
• Technical Collaboration & Supplier Qualification – Work closely with R&D and manufacturing teams to assess supplier capabilities, process feasibility, and technical compatibility for new products.
• Negotiation & Contract Management – Lead price negotiations, establish procurement strategies, and optimize supplier agreements for structural parts.
• Risk Management & Supplier Performance – Monitor supplier performance, conduct audits, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to mitigate supply risks and ensure long-term cooperation.

Job Requirements:

• Education & Experience – Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Supply Chain Management, or related fields; 5+ years of experience in procurement or supplier development of plastic, and machined components.
• Technical Expertise – Deep understanding of stamping, injection molding, die casting, CNC machining, and related manufacturing processes; knowledge of material properties, tooling, and process cost structures.
• Sourcing & Negotiation Skills – Strong experience in supplier scouting, cost breakdown analysis, and price negotiations to achieve optimal procurement conditions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Ability to work with engineering, quality, and production teams to align supplier capabilities with company requirements.
• Industry Knowledge & Compliance – Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and automotive industry standards; experience in supplier audits and compliance assessments.
