Job Description

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Senior Technical Program Manager to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-impact, large-scale migration program that involves transitioning thousands of internal engineering tools and services to a modernized identity environment. This role is ideal for a technically fluent program manager who can navigate ambiguity, drive alignment across complex organizations, and build repeatable systems to manage risk, security, and compliance. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, security, and infrastructure in one of the most complex technical ecosystems in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end migration of 1800+ tools and services, coordinating cross-functional teams and resolving technical dependencies.
  • Maintain a live inventory of tools and their technical readiness, while driving intake, testing, security review, and migration workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering, identity, and security teams to ensure alignment on architecture, deployment standards, and compliance.
  • Create and manage tracking systems, dashboards, and communications to keep stakeholders informed and drive repeatable execution.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in technical program management, ideally within enterprise or cloud environments.
  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, asset-heavy programs with structured workflows and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of application/system architecture, identity integration (SSO, identity federation), and cloud-based deployments.
  • Experience with identity system transitions or migrations, including tool readiness for new identity providers.
  • Proficient with Jira, Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, Confluence, or similar tracking/reporting platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prior experience working within a large-scale tech company with familiarity in Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.
