Job Description

Are you a graphic designer who loves creating art for apparel? We're searching for someone who lives at the intersection of sports, fashion, and lifestyle. You'll craft eye-catching graphics primarily for t-shirts, blending sports culture with urban style. Collaborate with design and merchandising pros to create fresh concepts for an iconic heritage, street-approved brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Research trends through market analysis and in-store/online shopping
  • Identify emerging trends, innovative techniques and create seasonal trend reports.
  • Create innovative graphics that work individually or as part of a cohesive collection.
  • Develop tech packs using our PLM system from sampling through production.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers to execute concepts.
  • Manage art development from concept to final approval.
  • Review development strike-offs and provide approval feedback.
  • Provide leadership and delegation within team for projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art or a related field
  • 7-10 years in the apparel industry
  • Experience as a graphic artist for men’s or women’s apparel
  • Leadership skills
  • Keen eye for detail in composition, color, and typography
  • Exceptional creative vision with a deep understanding of seasonal trends
  • Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • PLM experience a plus
  • Strong organizational, time management, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Tech pack development experience a plus
  • Knowledge of graphics printing methods, techniques, and embellishments a plus

Annual salary range starting at $90,000

The disclosed salary range is commensurate with experience and does not reflect the total compensation package. Our associates have access to other valuable benefits that our Human Resources team is happy to share with candidates during the interview process.
