Role Overview

Spinelli Kilcollin is seeking a Seasonal Sales Assistant for its NYC store. This location is the flagship store and this role will uphold Spinelli Kilcollin's reputation for exemplary service within the fine jewelry industry. This individual has the ability to work well with others, likes to collaborate and solve problems while providing an upbeat internal and external environment for team members and any client interactions. This role reports directly to the Store Manager and works closely with other team members. This position is based at our Soho retail store and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. This position will support three days a week in store primarily weekends with some flexibility.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing support on the sales floor by collaborating with the sales team, taking direction from the Store Manager daily
• Answering the phones and connecting clients with the appropriate team member. Being a host to the party of traffic in the NYC location.
• Organizing backstock on a daily basis, putting back stock after each sale and assisting with inventory control on the sales floor.
• Receiving daily deliveries, opening boxes, breaking down boxes, taking out the trash, this position requires the ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to be client facing and answer questions with professionalism and by using discernment to connect them to someone who can assist.

Hourly position $30 hour
