THE ROLE

As a Sales Associate in Montauk, you'll be an ambassador of the brand, delivering authentic styling experiences and memorable service to a wide-ranging clientele. You’ll help maintain our store’s fresh and vibrant energy while supporting daily operations and store upkeep.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome all guests with warmth, energy, and a personalized approach to service.
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional styling support and attentive service.
• Maintain store appearance, assist with restocking and organization, and support back-of-house tasks such as shipping and receiving.
• Share styling tips and product knowledge, including fit, fabrication, and seasonal trends.
• Keep the Montauk boutique visually inspiring and aligned with brand standards.
• Communicate client feedback and product needs to the store team.
• Assist with opening/closing responsibilities and daily upkeep.
• Be flexible and available for weekend, holiday, and seasonal hours—especially during Montauk’s high season.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A love for fashion, styling, and beach-to-city lifestyle dressing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a naturally outgoing personality.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-traffic boutique.
• Collaborative team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
