THE ROLE

As a Sales Associate in our Greenwich store, you will deliver exceptional client experiences by offering personalized styling advice and fostering authentic relationships with both loyal clients and new customers. You will play an integral role in supporting daily operations and upholding the Cynthia Rowley brand standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and engage customers with warmth and professionalism, creating a memorable boutique experience that reflects Cynthia Rowley’s brand ethos.
• Build lasting relationships with clients by offering personalized styling advice and attentive service.
• Assist with boutique operations including stock replenishment, shipping/receiving, and maintaining store organization and visual standards.
• Prepare fitting rooms and provide expert knowledge on styling, fit, and fabric details.
• Communicate client feedback and inventory needs to help support store performance.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and ensure the store is always client-ready.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak local shopping periods.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering luxury-level customer service.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with an upscale, fashion-forward clientele.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, boutique retail environment.
• Collaborative team player with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Previous retail or client-facing experience preferred, but not required.
