As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in empowering our sales engineers to focus on building client relationships by handling key administrative and customer-facing tasks. Key Responsibilities  

• Answer and pre-qualify inbound calls and emails from prospective clients, ensuring a positive first impression. 
• Manage and update customer accounts in CRM to keep leads organized.
• Schedule appointments, Zoom meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team. 
• Schedule and handle all arrangements for tradeshows.
• Prepare quotes and other documents as needed for the sales team. 

Qualifications:  

• Available to work full-time in Ashtabula Ohio 
• Associates degree in business, marketing, or related field; bachelors degree is preferred; work experience considered 
• Self-starter, ambitious and eager to learn 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/Outlook 
• Phenomenal communication skills 
• Experience with Hubspot or other CRM software or ability to learn quickly
