Project Manager | Civil Engineering Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in Civil Engineering to lead and oversee various infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively managing client relationships and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Utilize Civil 3D software for design and land development tasks.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering, with a focus on land development.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
- Strong understanding of civil design principles and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Minnesota or Wisconsin is a plus.
