Job Description

**Schedule: Mon - Fri, 3:45pm - 12:15am** **What you will do:** As the Production Lead, you will be responsible for the following listed below: + Lead and support a team of assemblers to meet daily production goals. + Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure efficiency and accuracy. + Train new team members on assembly procedures, tools, and safety protocols. + Perform and inspect assembly tasks to ensure quality and compliance. + Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operations. + Maintain accurate records of production output and team performance. + Promote a safe, organized work environment and enforce company policies. + Act as the primary contact for employee questions, concerns, and process improvement suggestions. **What you will need:** Required: + High school diploma or GED. + Minimum 3 years of related medical device experience. Preferred: + 5 Years of related manufacturing experience. + Medical device, Sub-assembly or Cleanroom manufacturing experience. + Leadership or Back up leadership experience. + Ability to do small assembly work using a microscope. + Knowledge of basic measuring techniques including scales, rulers, US and metric measurement. + Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot. \#INDGQO Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
