📍 Location: North Memorial Health – Maple Grove Hospital | 9875 Hospital Dr, Maple Grove, MN

🕒 Schedule: 8-Hour Varied Shifts (Majority Evenings, Some Days) | 40-Hour Guarantee | Weekends as Needed

📅 Start Date: November 10, 2025

💼 Assignment Duration: 10 Weeks

💵 Pay Rate: $18 – $25 per hour (based on experience)

North Memorial Health – Maple Grove Hospital is seeking an experienced Phlebotomist (Lab) to join the Laboratory Administration team. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in specimen collection, patient interaction, and teamwork within a hospital-based laboratory environment.

• Perform accurate and efficient blood collection and specimen handling.
• Conduct point-of-care testing and ensure specimen integrity.
• Provide exceptional service to patients of all ages and clinical backgrounds.
• Maintain compliance with hospital safety and infection control standards.
• Support the lab’s mission of quality improvement and patient-centered care.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hospital laboratory experience – Required
• Phlebotomy experience with all patient populations – Required
• Epic EMR experience – Required
• Rover experience – Preferred
• Must wear burgundy scrubs per facility dress code.
