Job Summary
This is a part-time on-site position for a small construction office located in Stamford, CT. Below responsibilities, as well as various other day-to-day administrative tasks.
$20.25 per hour to start.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones
Get/Open mail
Maintaining calendars
Order office supplies
Enter timecards in QuickBooks and payroll in Paychex
Enter/pay bills in QuickBooks
Reconcile credit cards in QuickBooks
Type/revise Proposals
Pay invoices online
Qualifications
Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Previous experience in the construction or related industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
