We are currently seeking highly motivated candidates for a full-time Outside Sales Account Executive opportunity , covering our Augusta, Georgia territory. We'll teach you the products, the industry and offer sales support--you bring the drive to cold call, win business, and build a book of repeat customers.

What You'll Do

  • Hunt for new business opportunities: cold call, prospect, and grow your territory.
  • Build relationships with repeat customers through visits, calls, and emails.
  • Study and learn our 500+ product catalog in order to provide solutions that make your customers' jobs easier.
  • Manage your own territory, schedule, and sales plan - your success is in your hands.
  • Enter orders and track activity through our digital systems.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • 2+ years sales experience (e.g., retail, inside sales, transactional B2B or D2D) where you've proven you can close business and upsell.
  • A true hunter mentality - driven, competitive, and resilient. Must be commission-driven.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and retain product knowledge.
  • Solid time-management skills and self-discipline to run your territory.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Valid Driver License, reliable transportation, and car insurance required.
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR check.
