Job Description

Comp: $90K-$105K

This position combines the responsibilities of a senior financial leader with the day-to-day operations. This role oversees accounting & financial processes, reporting, and analysis while also managing administrative and potentially some human resources tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
• Managing & executing accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, etc.).
• Managing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Managing the audit process.
• Developing and maintaining internal controls.
• Identifying areas for process improvement in both finance and operations.
• Communicating financial information to senior management and stakeholders.
• May be involved in project management related to real estate or other business ventures.

Office Management:

• Supervising FT & PT staff and managing administrative tasks.
• Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
• Potentially assisting with HR functions like payroll and employee records.
• Managing office technology and troubleshooting IT issues.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong background in accounting and financial management.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
