Compassion in Action: Part-Time Hospice Opportunity in Madison, Wisconsin

At SSM Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services, and our Wisconsin hospice team is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner for face-to-face visits and eligibility assessments at our facilities in the greater Madison area. Opportunity Highlights

• Provide care in a variety of environments: hospital, SNFs, and some in-home visits
• Schedule
  • Part-time: 16 hours/week
  • Dayshift Monday-Friday with flexibility
  • NO weekends or call!

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• Ability to obtain NP licensure in Wisconsin
• Wisconsin DEA
• Experience is a plus
