📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, and motion practice

• Draft and argue substantive motions, including motions to dismiss and summary judgment

• Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses, experts, and key stakeholders

• Prepare clients and witnesses for trial and deposition testimony

• Appear in court and support partners during hearings and trial

• Develop litigation strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys

• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare detailed memoranda

• Communicate legal strategies and risks to clients proactively

✅ Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial litigation

• Hands-on experience with depositions, motion practice, and trial prep

• Background in handling matters such as breach of contract, fiduciary duty, or tortious interference

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school

• Active membership in the California State Bar

• Exceptional research, drafting, and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage competing deadlines and caseloads

• Collaborative mindset with the confidence to take initiative
