OVERVIEW

The retention specialist will be responsible for retaining florist partners, and related products, as well as a key partner florist escalation. The retention specialist will serve as internal contact for retention related activities and provide regular updates on progress of retention.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with florist partners to improve overall retention
  • Serve as internal point of contact for retention related escalations
  • Document all activity related to retention within Salesforce
  • Leverage data to assist and coach florist partners to provide an improved florist experience
  • Maintain thorough understanding of products and services offered to improve florist profitability
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • 3+ years of experience with customer support.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and reasoning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable in MS Office Suite (Including MS Teams).
  • Capable in Salesforce.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, virtual environment requiring self-motivation and adaptability.
