We’re looking for a Marketing Director to take charge of an exciting, fast-paced role where you’ll shape the brand identity, drive customer engagement, and oversee cutting-edge digital marketing strategies. Reporting directly to the President, you’ll lead a small team, spearheading SEO, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing to elevate the brand and accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive brand growth, acquisition, and engagement through smart, data-led marketing.
• Lead SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and HubSpot campaigns to maximize reach and conversions.
• Manage high-budget paid media across search, social, and display, optimizing for ROI.
• Deliver compelling content and partner with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Use Google Analytics and other tools to track performance and refine strategy.
• Build and lead a high-performing, creative, results-focused marketing team.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 5+ years in paid media (search, social, and display) with a proven track record of success.
• Expertise in digital marketing, automation tools, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience managing $10K+ monthly budgets in paid media.
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning abilities.
• Highly skilled in analytics tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
• Passion for staying ahead of marketing trends and emerging technologies.

Location: Based onsite in either Riverside or Newport Beach, California, with minimal travel. Standard office hours (9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday)

Remuneration: A salary of $140k - $160k based on experience, with a performance related bonus, flexible PTO, and a health insurance stipend.
