Job Title: Manufacturing Group Lead- 3rd Shift

Schedule: 3 rd shift, generally 10:30pm- Monday to Friday, occasional 7:OOam weekends, as required

Job Location: Fiskdale, MA- Onsite

Job Type: Perm

Pay Range:$20/hr-$30/Hr +15% Bonus (Depending on experience)

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities (not all inclusive):

• Ensures that Manufacturing is performing to standard by reading specification Drawings and using visual standards and a variety of measurement tools; performing 1 st piece, in-process, SPC and final audit inspections at various steps in the manufacturing process; identifying nonconforming materials and placing them on "hold" for Material Review Board.
• Performs visual inspection of all work cells and reports findings to supervisor. Continuous improvements are always encouraged.
• Notifying supervisors of manufacturing processes that do not meet requirements or that vary from approved processes; working with manufacturing to make scrap/rework decisions.
• Ensures quality standards are met to reduce rejects, rework and returns. Communicates issues with supervisor.

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
