KM Partners has been retained in the search for a Relationship Management, Investor Relations & Capital Raising professional for a long-time client of ours and one of NMHC’s Top 10 nationally ranked largest LIHTC Syndicators in the United States. KM has partnered with this company for 8+ years and placed more than 17 professionals across multiple business lines, the majority of whom are still employed with the company.
This is a professionally led organization aligned with the mission of Affordable Housing that has exceptional industry-specific business acumen and an employee-centric culture with down-to-earth family values. After another record growth year, our client is seeking a proven investor relations professional to expand their new investor tax credit partnerships and raise LIHTC equity dollars to be placed in proprietary and multi-investor fund executions.
This Investor Relations hire's primary responsibility involves managing existing investor relationships as well as raising capital and building and maintaining a comprehensive strategy for raising investor equity by networking and establishing relationships with institutional investors and lenders. In addition, the VP will be responsible for establishing investment objectives that facilitate company growth, implementing and enhancing investment systems, processes and tools while also supporting members of the executive management and Investor Relations teams.
