Job Title: High Net Worth (HNW) Personal Lines Account Manager

Location: Cleveland, Ohio (Remote / Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled High Net Worth (HNW) Personal Lines Account Manager to manage and service a portfolio of complex personal lines accounts. This role focuses on providing exceptional client service for high-value clients, including luxury homes, vacation properties, fine art, collectibles, jewelry, yachts, and exotic vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and service HNW personal lines accounts ($20,000+ premium), including new and renewal policies.
  • Utilize agency management systems (Applied EPIC, TAM, AMS 360) for servicing, quoting, and processing client requests.
  • Provide accurate, timely responses to client inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Advise clients on coverage limits, risk exposures, and specialized endorsements.
  • Support producers in maintaining existing accounts and managing prospects.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including scheduled items, policy renewals, and complex portfolios.
  • Collaborate with carriers, legal advisors, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Deliver high-touch client service, especially during claims or complex situations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of personal lines account management experience; HNW experience preferred.
  • Active Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Current valid driver’s license.
  • Experience with agency management systems (Applied EPIC, TAM, AMS 360) preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value accounts and provide exceptional client service.
