As an HR Assistant, you’ll support a wide range of areas including staffing, benefits, employee relations, and classification. You’ll process personnel actions, maintain electronic personnel files, assist with recruitment and onboarding, help with visa documentation, and support employee programs such as awards, summer hires, and volunteers. You’ll also play a key role in employee orientation and provide guidance on HR procedures, policies, and benefits.
