We just wrapped up another big year and we couldn’t be prouder of the crews who make it happen day in and day out. With more than 4,000 successful projects completed across Colorado, we’re looking to add a few more strong leaders to the team.

We are hiring Foremen and Leads who want to continue building their career in commercial and multi-family steel framing and drywall.

Important details to help gauge your interest:

• Starting pay: Foreman $34–$40/hr | Lead $30–$34/hr
• Steady, local projects (Fort Collins to Castle Rock)
• First assignment in Aurora, CO (through March)
• One project at a time, lasting from a month to 1+ years
• Manage and mentor crews of 10+
• Non-union shop
• Gas card + per diem outside local area
• PTO + sick time
• Performance bonus & referral program
• Healthcare & 401(k)

What we’re looking for:

• Strong leadership and communication skills (bilingual a plus)
• Experience with exterior framing, cold form framing, interior framing, drywall
• Multi-Family and Commercial project experience
• Ability to read shop drawings and handle change orders
• Skilled at coordinating with other trades and subs
• Comfortable with quality control, safety, and material management
• Reliable transportation to job sites
