Our law group is growing, and we are looking for a sharp family attorney who will zealously represent clients in all areas of family law. You’ll assist individuals in a variety of situations, such as navigating prenuptial agreements and attending court hearings for divorce, alimony/spousal support, and child support. The prime candidate will have experience with a range of sensitive legal issues such as child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence, and be able to maintain composure, negotiate, and argue effectively even in emotional and high-stress situations. Benefits: ~401(k) matching ~ Dental insurance ~ Health insurance ~ Life insurance ~ Paid time off ~ Vision insurance Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 yearly Responsibilities: Organize and maintain client files to ensure they are kept current Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation and forming a strategy for a plan of action Represent clients in court proceedings as needed Manage the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings when needed Communicate with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move through the civil litigation process Qualifications: Great negotiation and communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations Extra consideration for those with a criminal justice background Experience at a legal firm working on family law and real estate issues (determining marital property) for at least 1-2 years is required Strong knowledge base of representing plaintiffs and defendants Active membership with the ABA (American Bar Association) Licensed  Massachusetts Family Law Attorney with 7+ years of hands-on experience in divorce and family law Strong courtroom presence with proven  litigation and negotiation skills Ability to  independently manage cases from intake through final judgment Confident communicator who can counsel clients effectively under pressure Organized, reliable, and committed to providing strategic and compassionate representation Bonus Points If You: Experience handling  real estate issues within divorce matters (marital home division, buyouts, etc.) Familiarity with  Clio, Lawmatics, and Microsoft Office Suite New Hampshire bar license Comfortable with tech and remote collaboration tools A referral network or book of business About Company Martino Law Group, LLC is a dynamic, fast-growing law firm representing clients in Divorce and Family Law, Personal Injury, Probate, Estate Planning, and Real Estate matters.
