Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant at a fast-paced startup environment . The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level executive support, managing expense reports, and assisting with communication and administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities include scheduling, organizing meetings, and supporting executive-level decision-making.
Because we are a growing and dynamic company, the role goes beyond traditional administrative work. You’ll also get to take on ad hoc projects that make each day exciting and different —from helping with social media content to being on set for filming large vehicle giveaway prizes. This is a role for someone who loves to roll up their sleeves, thrives in a startup culture, and is excited about being part of something big from the ground up.
A valid driver’s license is required, as the role may occasionally involve helping with vehicle-related tasks for our campaigns.
