Role Summary:

The Allied Recruiter (360 focused) is responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top contract allied health professionals nationwide. This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong knowledge of allied health disciplines, including, Radiology/Imaging, Procedural, and other key allied specialties. The recruiter will utilize consultative sales techniques and innovative sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and clients.

The ideal candidate must be a proven full-cycle recruiter who possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, demonstrates resilience, and is able to build relationships with professionals across various healthcare settings. This position operates in a fast-paced environment that requires strategic thinking, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit contract-focused allied health professionals
  • Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies, leveraging social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain a strong passive candidate network to ensure a steady talent pipeline.
  • Effectively screen candidates for skills, licensure, certifications, and compliance with facility requirements.
  • Maintain open communication with active candidates to support retention and redeployment efforts.
  • Partner with account managers to align candidate sourcing with client needs and market demand.
  • Manage daily tasks in ATS system, ensuring clear documentation for colleagues.
  • Assist with resolving payroll, accounts receivable, compliance, and credentialing issues.
  • Analyze market trends and data to create effective marketing and recruiting strategies.
  • Formulate weekly staffing plans, forecast billing, and communicate with the Director regularly.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the potential to develop leadership abilities in the future.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and share knowledge with the team.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience required in healthcare staffing, talent acquisition, or related field
  • 2+ years of allied health or therapy specific experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate via phone, email, and virtual platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
