What You’ll Do: Experience Ambassador in Action

As Wait Staff (Non-Tipped) , you’ll be the friendly face and steady hand that makes guests feel welcome and well cared for. This role is all about grace under pressure, attention to detail, and providing seamless service to elite travelers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Warmly greeting and seating guests in the lounge
• Presenting menus and offering food and beverage recommendations
• Serving food and drinks with professionalism and a personal touch
• Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper food handling
• Assisting with food prep, set-up, or cashier duties as needed
• Showing up on time, ready to contribute with a positive attitude
