Schedule: M-F, 8:30-5

Pay Range: $65k - $70k + bonus

Summary

Connect Search is hiring an Electrical Designer in Milwaukee.

Responsibilities

• Creates electrical and control system drawings and schematics, showing product details, dimensions and structures and includes parts lists and assembly procedures using CADD software
• Selects appropriate electrical components, creates bills of materials and archives drawings in accordance with application requirements, procedures and best practices
• Develops electrical and control system drawings and schematics for product line, manuals and service bulletins
• Ensures that all drawings and schematics are detailed, accurate, complete and in accordance with customer requirements, codes, regulations and company procedures
• Delivers all electrical and control system drawings and schematics according to schedules and deadlines set by customers and Engineering Department Management
• Converts verbal and written information into electrical and control system drawings and schematics
• Analyzes customer, electrical and regulatory requirements to develop practical, effective and complete electrical solutions for vertical lifting equipment

Qualifications

• Requires a basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering or equivalent derived from a combination of relevant education and work experience
• Requires knowledge of SOLIDWORKS Electrical
