• Morgan Stanley Online and Mobile App
• General financial and account-related questions
• Meet or exceed departmental performance metrics.
• Demonstrate adaptability and multitasking skills in a dynamic call center environment.

• College Degree
• Previous contact center experience
• Professional and career-driven
• Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
