Job Description

Customer Service - part time

Compensation: $20-$25 per hour (DOE)

Type: Part-ti me, pe rmanent 3days a week max (9am- 5pm)

IQPC is a leading research, marketing, and business development partner, as well as a resource hub for the shard services sector. We keep professionals informed about the latest industry trends, drivers, and initiatives through our extensive market research, reporting, and events. Our goal is to help businesses implement shared services .

Responsibilities include:

Customer Service Support team

  • Handling internal requests from SSON Sales team ( UK & US Based )
  • Correspondence with Sponsors regarding Reminders, Past Dues, etc.
  • Filing all vendor forms and Portal after clearing with legal items that may arise as far as rules of engagement.
  • Applying payments.
  • Weekly Reports as needed .
  • Managing The A/R Process
  • Weekly updates to Data Integrity Report for Month-End.
  • Handling internal requests from SPEX & DA teams
  • Assist other departments in projects
  • Back up person if another team member is out

General Assisting

  • event coordinators and operations teams with event setup.
  • Supporting the Controller with ad-hoc requests or projects and weekly reports.
  • Post journal entries and reconcile as needed .
  • Possess the ability for effective and professional communication, both in writing and verbally with management, vendors and customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business (preferably in accounting).
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable preferred but not required.
  • OSC experience preferred.
