Job Description

Our client is looking for a direct hire, Corporate HR Director, to join their growing team!
This role will serve the primary HR business partner to corporate executives across multiple divisions within the business.
Duties:
Act as a strategic advisor and HR business partner to corporate executive leaders across IT, Finance, Sales, Legal, Marketing, and M&A.
Provide guidance on organizational design, with a strong emphasis on optimizing structures within a matrixed environment
Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and retention within corporate functions.
Oversee and drive the performance management process, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
Partner with corporate leaders and Talent Acquisition to identify, attract, and onboard top talent.
Support leadership development and coach executive and senior-level leaders on HR-related issues and team effectiveness.
Lead and/or support HR-related integration efforts for M&A activities.
Collaborate with the broader HR function in managing both the tactical execution and strategic direction of HR programs across the organization.
Develop and implement company-wide policies and programs in coordination with HR centers of excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
10+ years of progressive HR experience
Demonstrated experience supporting functions such as Finance, IT, Sales, Legal, and Marketing.
Experience with M&A due diligence and integration is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Willingness and ability to travel an hour radius from Nashville weekly as needed, no overnight travel

Location: Nashville with weekly travel to sister location
Pay: $120k-$150k
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
