About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Corporate Customer Service Representative to support and grow business client relationships through high-level account management and e-commerce order coordination. This is not a retail or call center position — we need someone with proven B2B account management experience in industries like promotional products, custom apparel, printing, manufacturing, or distribution.

The role combines client relationship management, e-commerce platform oversight, and internal coordination to ensure a seamless client experience from order entry through delivery. We value candidates with a steady and reliable work history who want to build a long-term career with us.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned business clients, handling inquiries, orders, deliveries, and escalations.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, production, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide proactive solutions and maintain strong client relationships.

E-Commerce & Systems Management

  • Oversee corporate e-commerce platforms and online stores, ensuring products, pricing, and order forms are accurate and up to date.
  • Manage order flow and troubleshoot issues in ShipStation and Marketfuel (multiple store instances).
  • Create and maintain online order forms in JotForm; add and update store items as needed.
  • Reconcile data and generate reports from FileMaker and other internal databases.
  • Manage customer support tickets and categories in Zendesk, ensuring queues are updated and resolved.

Team Oversight & Reporting

  • Supervise, train, and mentor the support team; schedule and delegate daily tasks to ensure coverage.
  • Pull and analyze client and sales reports; identify trends and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or purchasing (experience in e-commerce account coordination, promotional products, or custom apparel preferred).
  • Proven stability and reliability in work history.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); advanced Excel reporting skills a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce/order management systems (ERP, ShipStation, Marketfuel, JotForm, FileMaker, Zendesk).
  • Knowledge of invoicing, accounts receivable, and purchasing processes.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring a small team.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
