A federal client is seeking a Case Manager to serve youth at a Residential location in Albuquerque, NM between the ages of 13-17. The Case Manager will conduct intakes for new children being admitted into the facility, perform various assessments to gauge client needs and service connections, represent the program at court hearings and meetings for the youth.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or other related fields.
2+ years of experience supporting youth with Case Management services
Valid drivers license and personal vehicle
Comfortable passing a background check, drug test, child welfare checks, and FBI fingerprints.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience working with CYFD and foster care youth.
