Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist:

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, gathering information with professionalism and compassion
• Conduct initial screenings to assess client needs and route inquiries to the appropriate legal team members
• Accurately input and manage client data into legal case management systems
• Translate documents and facilitate bilingual communication between attorneys and Spanish-speaking clients
• Schedule consultations, manage calendars, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure all interactions meet legal and ethical standards
• Support the legal team with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications of the Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• 1–2 years of experience in a legal, client services, or administrative role preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with legal or CRM software are a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in legal studies or a related field is a bonus
