Assistant Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (Seasonal, Vail, CO)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Assistant Client Advisor to join a luxury retail boutique in Vail for the winter season. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys supporting a dynamic sales team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Location: Vail, CO

Duration: December 1 – March 31

Pay Rate: $22/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Support Client Advisors on the sales floor to ensure seamless client service.
• Assist with product presentation, replenishment, and maintaining visual standards.
• Engage with clients in a warm, professional manner.
• Manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced boutique setting.

Requirements

• Full weekday and weekend availability throughout the season (boutique closed on Christmas Day).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred; luxury experience a plus.
• Professional appearance and client-service mindset.

This is a seasonal, full-time position offering an opportunity to gain experience within the luxury retail sector while working in one of Colorado’s most renowned destinations.
