Job Description

Contract Details: Begins as a 4-month contract with the possibility of extension, and the ability to apply for FTE (Full-Time Employee) opportunities within

Pay Rate: $24-25 per hour

Location: 4733 W. Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90027 (100% Onsite)

Experience: 3 years of related administrative experience.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Interview Process: Virtual interviews via Zoom.

Top Three Responsibilities:

  • Communicating Physician Trainees, Physicians and team members. Organizing meetings and ordering food, Regulatory compliance.
  • Communicating with Fellows, Residents, and Program Directors.
  • Supporting Cardiology and Radiology training programs.
  • Scheduling meetings, ordering and setting up lunches and AV equipment.

Top Three Skillsets Needed:

  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication: Ability to interact professionally and clearly with various stakeholders.
  • Good Organizational Skills and Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in all administrative tasks and communications.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
  • Comfortable with the use of Office applications.
  • Daily walking within the Medical Center Campus is required.
